Validity of submitted documents
Proof of existence of the company - The document must not be older than six months; in the case of entities registered in the Commercial Register of the Czech Republic or in the Register of Trade Licensing, it is not necessary to submit this document (the document is available in electronic form on the website of the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and can be obtained directly from the registration authority I.CA).
Certificate of employment - the certificate must be signed by a person with the right to act on behalf of the employer; the document always states the name, surname and position of the authorized person - the statutory representative; this certificate may be in electronic form in PDF format with an electronic signature based on a qualified certificate of an authorized person with the right to act on behalf of the relevant employer. Confirmation must be carried with you on a portable medium, such as a USB flash drive; The obligation to officially verify the signature on the certificate of employment does not apply to entities with which I.CA has concluded a business cooperation agreement. Proof of relationship with the company - if the applicant is not employed by the company and requests that the name of the company be mentioned in his commercial certificate, he proves the relationship with the company by proxy.
University diploma - the obligatory item of the request „Full name of the applicant" may contain the full name of the applicant, including titles, as stated in his primary identity document. If the title is not mentioned in the primary identity document, a diploma must also be provided stating that the applicant has the right to use the title.
